Logging In with Android App

First-time setup

The first time you open the Secrata app, you'll be prompted to enter your Secrata Server URL. If you don't know your Secrata URL, contact your local IT department.

Tip: If you ever need to change your Secrata Server URL later, tap the server name in the lower-left corner of the app and enter the new URL.

AD/External users

1. Enter your username or email address.
2. Enter your passcode.
3. Tap Login.

SAML login

1. If your organization uses SAML authentication, tap Login with my company credentials.
2. Enter your company credentials when prompted.
3. You'll be returned to Secrata — enter your Secrata passcode to finish logging in.

Logging out

1. Navigate to the home screen / Workspaces list.
2. Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner.
3. Tap Logout.
