Report Types

Secrata offers several built-in report types, each surfacing different information:


All Users Report

Details for every user on the platform, including:


  • Quota allotted and used
  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Account creation date
  • Last online date
  • Security group membership
  • Unique user ID

Specific User Report

A detailed report on a single user's account activity, including:


  • Quota information
  • Workspace memberships
  • File uploads and downloads

All Workspaces Report

A platform-wide view of every workspace, including:


  • Workspace owner
  • Workspace members (both active and removed)
  • Files uploaded/downloaded and by whom — regardless of whether the file is currently active or has been deleted

Specific Workspace Report

A detailed report on a single workspace, including:


  • Workspace type (public/private)
  • Members (active and inactive)
  • Files in the workspace (active and removed)
  • Upload/download actions on those files (active and removed)
  • Owner of the workspace and of individual files within it
