Workspaces

Workspaces are the core of the Secrata system. This is where you store files, invite others to collaborate, and communicate with your team.

There are two types of workspaces:

• Shared Workspaces – Can be shared with other users for collaboration.
• Private Workspaces – Cannot ever be shared with other users. These are intended for storing private files only.

Both workspace types are accessible from the Secrata homepage.

Workspaces are listed alphabetically by name, and each one is displayed as a blue button. Click a workspace to open it and view its files.

Filtering your workspace list

If you belong to many workspaces, you can filter the list by selecting a letter from the alphabet bar above your workspaces. Select Clear Filter to remove the filter and see the full list again.

Accepting workspace invitations

If another user invites you to a shared workspace, Secrata will prompt you to accept or decline. Invitations remain in a Pending state until you respond. You can:

• Accept – Join the workspace
• Decline – Reject the invitation
• Ignore – Leave the invitation pending for later
