Logging In

Secrata supports  two methods of authentication, regular username/password authentication, and federated login using ADFS/SAML.  Federated login is only available if your administrator has configured it.

ADFS/SAML Federated Login 

1. Open the Secrata Web Client by visiting its URL.
2. Select the Login with my company credentials button.
3. Sign in to your account on the ADFS/SAML site, if necessary.
4. When you return to the Secrata Web Client you will be prompted for your Secrata Passcode.  Enter your passcode and click Submit.
   1. Note: The Secrata Passcode is separate from your Federated account password.
   2. Note: If you do not know or have not setup your unique Secrata Passcode, click ‘Don’t know your passcode’ to have your passcode reset.

Secrata Login 

1. Open the Secrata Web Client by visiting its URL.
2. Enter your email address and passcode.
3. Click the Login button.

Forgotten Passcode 

1. Click the Don't know your passcode? link.
2. Enter the email address of your Secrata account
3. Follow the instructions in the subsequent email to reset your Secrata passcode.
